A framed beach collage created using antique beach pottery, shells, stones and pebbles found washed-up on the beautiful beaches of the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland.
This Fife scene features a shaggy highland cow with the iconic Forth Rail Bridge in the background. Both have been hand-painted in metallic paint onto white antique beach pottery. Antique stone-ware beach pottery forms Edinburgh mountains on the horizon and grassy hills in the foreground, one piece of sponge-ware pottery has a pattern of beautiful little roses. Wire has been used to create horns and legs for the cow and a tiny little fish in the Forth river.
The piece comes in a wooden box frame and measures 18cm square. Please choose your frame colour (either white wood or rustic washed wood) using the drop down menu. (Item:1128)
