Isle of May Puffin (Profile) - Limited Edition Watercolour Print by Yolandé Kenny
He's just waiting for that moment, to catch the wind and flutter (a little ungracefully) down to the sea to catch sand eels for his wee puffling. Nesting on the Isle of May, a pretty jewel of an island just off the East Neuk shore, has it's benefits, as there are fewer predators than on the mainland, but that means his leap is a very brave leap for such a little chap. The cliffs here rise up to 45 metres from the sea.
This print is 200 x 250mm and an edition of 250.
