Framed beach collage created using antique beach pottery, stones, pebbles and driftwood found washed-up on the beautiful beaches of the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland.
This cute seaside scene features the iconic orange RNLI lifeboat. This particular one is the Mersey Class "Kingdom of Fife" lifeboat found in Anstruther. The lifeboat has been hand-painted onto sea pottery and sits alongside a hand-painted puffin, also synonymous with Anstruther and the Isle of May, just across the water in the Firth of Forth. A piece of pale green sea pottery and some beautiful driftwood make up rocks and grass in the foreground. Wire wrapping has been used to make the puffin's feet, a seagull in the sky and a tiny silver fish in the sea.
The piece comes in a wooden box frame and measures 18cm square. Please choose your frame colour (either white wood or rustic washed wood) using the drop down menu. (Item: 1029)
