Scottish Sea Pottery Earrings - Blue & White with Celtic Swirls (No. 1246)
A beautiful pair of earrings made from Antique Scottish sea pottery. One has a lovely floral pattern and the other perhaps shows somebody's arm! The patterns are still gloriously vivid despite decades tumbling in the Scottish waves! The earrings are wrapped in silver-plated wire to accentuate the colour and shape of the pottery. Hooks are silver-plated and nickel free. The earrings measure approximately 5cm from the top of the hook to the bottom of the sea glass. Each pair comes complete with a gift box. (Item:1246)
The pottery has been reshaped and smoothed over decades of tumbling in the Scottish waves. All the sea glass, pottery and shells used to make the jewellery are sourced from the beautiful beaches of the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland. The glass and pottery have been gently worn smooth by the rough Scottish seas and can often date back over 100 years!
