Delivery Costs (UK)
- Free delivery on orders over £50
- Small items = £1.99 - e.g. cards, coasters, fridge magnets, keyrings (Evri tracked, 2 day delivery)
- All other orders (under £50) = £2.99 (Evri tracked, 2 day delivery)
- Upgrade to Royal Mail (Tracked 24) for £3.99.
- Free delivery in the East Neuk of Fife or collect from Cellardyke! (Choose 'local delivery' at checkout.)
Delivery Costs (Rest of World)
(The following worldwide delivery costs are estimated - in some cases delivery is cheaper and if so I will refund the difference!)
- Sadly, I can no longer ship to Europe or Northern Ireland due to new regulations that I cannot comply with as a tiny business.
- Delivery costs for the rest of the world are: orders under 1kg = £17.99, orders over 1kg = £24.99

- UK orders are posted using Evri (2 day delivery) or Royal Mail (Tracked 24).
- I aim to dispatch orders within one working day wherever possible.
- All items are wrapped carefully in blue tissue paper and come with a free bookmark! Jewellery comes with a free silver cleaning cloth!
Payments
Payments are made through this website and can be made directly through the website using a credit/debit card or via PayPal. Anyone ordering and collecting locally is welcome to pay by cash.
Refunds
In the unfortunate event that your items do not arrive in perfect condition, I will provide a refund (covering any delivery and return costs).
Taking Care of Our Environment
All the packaging I buy is recyclable and/or biodegradable. If you receive green bubble wrap, this is my brand new biodegradable packaging. If your bubble wrap is not green, I've reused it from a package I have received myself! I will always try to reuse packaging before using anything I've bought in. Please try and reuse it yourself if possible! All my greetings cards are now wrapped in compostable cellophane so feel free to pop them in your compost bin!
