Small Sea Glass Hoop Earrings - Sterling Silver with Green Jade Crystal Beads

Delicate little sea glass hoop earrings, handmade from genuine olive green Scottish beach glass, Jade crystals and sterling silver beads. These sterling silver beaded hoops each have a beautiful nugget of sea glass, worn smooth and frosted in the Scottish sea.

Each hooped earring measures 2cm in diameter (0.8 inches). They're a lovely smaller size, perfect for everyday wear. The added Czech glass beads give the earrings that lovely boho, beachy vibe!

The hoops open by gently squeezing. The 'catch' is not visible from the front so when worn it looks like a continuous hoop (see photo!)

The sea glass used in these earrings is collected from the coastline of the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland, making each pair truly unique and special. The subtle variations in colour and texture add to the organic and natural feel of the earrings.

The earrings arrive in a gift box and gift-wrapped with a free silver cleaning cloth, making them a perfect gift for anyone who loves the sea and it's natural treasures.

All my jewellery is handmade in Scotland from naturally sea-worn materials. I love to gather these treasures while beach-combing on the beautiful beaches in Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife as well as the surrounding beaches of St Andrews, Pittenweem, Crail & St Monans. Much of the seaglass dates back to the Victorian era and is known as 'mermaid tears'. When sailors were lost at sea, the mermaids would cry and their tears would wash up on the shore.
