Sea Glass Pendant - Olive Green 'Friendship' Interlocking Spirals Necklace - Silver Scottish Beach Jewellery

An olive green sea glass pendant, handmade jewellery from the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. 

The necklace is wire-wrapped with silver-plated wire and features a two interlocking spirals - this would make a perfect gift to celebrate a special relationship - a best friend, mother & daughter or your significant other! The sea glass itself is approximately 3cm high.

The necklace comes with a silver-plated snake chain with an extender on it which can be worn between 16-18 inches. 

It arrives gift-wrapped in a pretty box with a free silver cleaning cloth, making it a perfect present for anyone who loves the sea and it's natural treasures! (Item: 3311)

All my jewellery is handmade in Scotland from naturally sea-worn materials. I love to gather these treasures while beach-combing on the beautiful beaches in Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife as well as the surrounding beaches of St Andrews, Pittenweem, Crail & St Monans. Much of the sea glass dates back to the Victorian era and is known as 'mermaid tears'. When sailors were lost at sea, the mermaids would cry and their tears would wash up on the shore.
